Konnector makes you connected to your whole body. One movement triggers the next, allowing you to truly feel how everything is interconnected.
The first time I tried Konnector was in Łódź during the Second Pilates Meetings in July 2024. My first impression was as strange as my first Reformer training 😊, but I quickly fell in love with it. All my limbs felt aligned and connected with every movement.
When I practiced with Konnector, I became aware of my body’s imbalances and compensations. With Konnector, compensating was no longer possible—I had to work more efficiently, immerse myself in my body, and feel the movement deeply in my muscles. What I love most about Konnector workouts is that there are no uneven straps during training, making the experience smoother and more precise.
My clients’ first impressions were similar—they quickly realized they couldn’t “cheat” on movements, and any compensation was immediately noticeable in their body.
Konnector is a fantastic enhancement to Reformer workouts. I love it for the countless possibilities it provides compared to regular Reformer work, and for how it integrates the whole body with exceptional proprioception. Even when focusing on the upper body, Konnector encourages complete body integration.
