Bağlantılar® Bant

Great band adds another fun layer to my workouts

Love the versatility and how easy to grip.

So far, I am really enjoying the Band. I especially like the standing exercises as it is easy to use for travel! No dirty hotel room floors!
Unfortunately, Experiencing frustration with getting it registered.

The leThe lessons were excellent, I would love for the exercises to be on video so we can go in and remember the connections of all the exercises..
In addition, the reformer workshop with the connection was missed due to the weather, I would love to do it online.

Just enough resistance for feedback to spice up pre-pilates and Pilates Mat work. It’s supportive and grounding.
