- Express Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days for domestic orders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. The cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Konnect Method is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Konnect Method is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to many countries. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
