The leThe lessons were excellent, I would love for the exercises to be on video so we can go in and remember the connections of all the exercises..
In addition, the reformer workshop with the connection was missed due to the weather, I would love to do it online.
Just enough resistance for feedback to spice up pre-pilates and Pilates Mat work. It’s supportive and grounding.
