I am a Pilates teacher and I cannot say enough of how influential this Konnections Band is to my mat practice, as well as for my clients! I have never found a product that does a better job of enhancing awareness and control in the body, while the body learns how to retain it all. All with the comfortable fabric cover on just the right amount of resistance. And I LOVE the foot/ankle loops for security during freeing movement! 😍 Simply PHENOMENAL!
