  Return and Refund Policy

   1. Returns   

   Eligibility for Returns:   

- Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

- Products must be in the original packaging.

- Proof of purchase is required.

   Return Process:

2.    Return Authorization:   Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3.    Shipping:   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.    Restocking Fee:   A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all returned items.

   Non-returnable Items:   

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Health and personal care items

- Services such as workshops or training

   2. Refunds   

   Eligibility for Refunds:   

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee.
